Our people
AustraliaMore than 2,700 people are employed by ING Real Estate across the world, working out of our offices in 22 countries. All of them share a passion for real estate – whether it involves investing, financing, buildings, architecture, urban development or area planning – and most work in these areas. But a large company like ours also offers interesting careers in a number of other areas, for instance, finance & accounting, marketing, IT, research, communication, legal affairs, human resources and operations.
Most of our employees have educational backgrounds that are in some way related to real estate and many hold degrees in architecture, social geography, construction engineering, real estate or real-estate management. But other areas are also well represented. For example, we have graduates in economics, business administration and law.
We welcome people with a variety of cultural backgrounds and at different stages of their careers: from students to graduates and experienced professionals. We’re convinced that a mix of youth, experience and background is important in maintaining our culture, reinforcing our values and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
