Timothy Zietara Joins ING Clarion Capital

NEW YORK, (October 28) – ING Clarion Capital, an affiliate of ING Real Estate Investment Management, announced that Timothy Zietara has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President. Zietara will be an important addition to a new debt platform that will focus on providing capital to the commercial real estate market, including developers and managers of institutional assets. Zietara’s team will also look to purchase existing non-securitized loans from banks and other financial institutions.
Zietara comes to ING Clarion Capital from the Real Estate Structured Finance and Equity Group at CIT, where he was the Managing Director and built a portfolio of approximately $1 billion in debt and equity assets. Prior to that, he built new lending platforms in New York for Wrightwood Capital, Wells Fargo and PNC Bank.
A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Zietara holds an undergraduate degree from Marquette University and a Masters degree in Real Estate from New York University. He will be based in the firm’s New York City office.
